How do I change my payment details?

Please go to the Payment Tab on our Teacher Dashboard if you would like to change or update your PayPal details.

Alternatively, please fill in this form. Your details will be updated on your dashboard on the 15th of every month.

 

Please ensure to provide a valid and active PayPal account to avoid any delay in processing your payment.

 

Payment made to an inactive PayPal account might have the following issues:

 

  • The transaction will get denied by PayPal 

 

  • The transaction will be in pending for 30 days as the recipient hasn't claimed the payment. After 30 days, the unclaimed payment is automatically canceled and returned to Insight Timer.
